Baro (edizione Aglio e Olio)

Grapes harvested by hand, destemmed and pressed into the tiano (terracotta container of the same shape and size as a barrique), which is then placed vertically; during the long fermentation and maceration on the skins we proceed exclusively with punching down, without additions or decanting; towards the end of February the racking and bottling take place, without filtration or clarification.
