BottlesStrict manual selection of grapes in the vineyard. The winemaking takes place separately for each of the vineyards of origin; fermentation and maceration on the skins in steel at 29°C for approximately 20 days, malolactic fermentation, maturation for approximately 30 months in 40/60/75 hl Austrian and Slavonian oak barrels. The blending of the wines takes place in spring, and bottling at the end of summer; finally six months of bottle aging.
Brilliant garnet red colour. Intense and ethereal nose, enveloping with spices and dried flowers, with notes of truffle and liquorice. Dry sip, with important tannins, with good persistence.
Roast meats, stewed meats, game, mature cheeses.
