Barolo “Del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba” DOCG 2017

It comes from several owned vineyards located in the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba. The vineyards are located between 300 and 400m above sea level and are exposed to the South-East and West, on soils composed mainly of limestone and tuff. The must ferments for 15/20 days in contact with the skins at a temperature between 25 and 30°C. The wine then matures in large 30/36hl barrels for approximately 36 months.

Deep ruby ​​red color. Fruity and citrus notes on the nose, with characteristic hints of tar. Full-bodied and enveloping sip, with a dense tannic texture and a nice savory vein.

It can be paired with red meat or game dishes. Perfect with Emilian hare.
