Description

Maceration on the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26/28°C for 25/30 days in steel. Maturation for three years in 20/40 hl Slavonian and French oak barrels. Aged for two months in steel and six months in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color, tending towards garnet. Balsamic and violet notes, with a finish that recalls coffee and peppercorns. Full-bodied and intense taste, with a warm, fresh sip and a good tannic texture on the finish.

Stewed meats, game, mature cheeses.
