Description

The grapes, hand-picked with selection in the vineyard, come from the Perno, Le Coste di Monforte and Ginestra crus. Fermentation and maceration are carried out in steel for 25/30 days. Maturation and ageing take place in 25 hl and 50 hl oak casks for 20 months, in cement for 8/12 months.

Tasting

Garnet red colour with orange reflections; of great substance, complex and intense, with a long finish.
