Description

Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with semi-submerged cap maceration for 22/38 days; the wine matures in large Slavonian oak barrels for 4/5 years and refines for one year in the bottle.

Tasting

Garnet red color; intense and elegant nose of red fruits, flowers and spices; sip of extreme depth and finesse, of very long persistence. Perfect with further aging in the bottle.
