Barolo Serralunga d’Alba DOCG 2017

Maceration on the skins for 25/30 days at a controlled temperature, with periodic delastages. Malolactic fermentation carried out in steel and barriques. Aged for 38 months, of which 20 in wood.

Garnet red colour, the nose is clean, broad, with hints of spices and wood; excellent structure and balance between acidity and tannicity on the palate.
