Description

The pressed grapes ferment spontaneously for about a month and then mature for 24 months in 20 to 100 hectolitre barrels before being refined in the bottle.

Tasting

Garnet red color with typical transparency; broad and soft nose, of dark fruits, quinine and rhubarb, with balsamic and smoky notes; fine and elegant sip, with tannins and warmth in perfect balance. Very enjoyable right away.

Grilled meats, stewed red meats, game, mature cheeses.
