Description

Grapes from the crus of Ambonnay, Avize, Les Mesnil Sur Oger, and Ay; parcel-by-plot fermentation with malolactic fermentation, meticulous blending under the expert guidance of the Cellar Master, and aging on the lees for 6 years.

Tasting

Bright pale gold in color, with a very fine and persistent perlage; an intense and elegant nose of white flowers, with notes of peach, grapefruit, and pear, with delicate spicy hints of cumin and green pepper; a precise and harmonious sip, silky, with floral aftertastes and a persistent minerality.

Crustaceans and molluscs, sushi, medium-aged cheeses.
