“Beyond the Clouds” Grand Cuvéè Alto Adige DOC 2021

The blend is predominantly Chardonnay, which is harvested from two single vineyards at different periods depending on the degree of ripeness, and where the other varieties that make up the blend are also found. After fermentation, a “batonnage” is carried out weekly for 3 months. The wine matures in French barriques for approximately 10 months and follows further refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Bright deep yellow colour; nose of notable complexity, from pineapple to rose petals, to toasted notes. In the mouth the complexity unfolds between creaminess and flavor, between softness and freshness. Long finish accompanied by light barricade notes.
