Spontaneous fermentation in open tanks, with maceration on the skins for 15 days; the wine ages in cement for 5 months and refines in the bottle.

Bright straw yellow color; nose of ripe white fruit, wild flowers and mineral hints; fresh and savoury sip, balanced and elegant, with intriguing acidity.
