Description

Harvest in mid-September. Crushing, destemming, pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C for approximately 15/18 days, carried out separately for each variety; the assembly is then carried out and the wine remains to mature in barriques for 10/12 months.

Tasting

Yellow color with golden reflections; delicate nose of vanilla and yellow flowers, with fruity and almond notes; elegant and broad sip, with creamy notes and a refreshing acidity at the end.
