Description

Manual harvesting of the grapes; destemming and pressing, cold static decantation, fermentation at approximately 15°C. The wine then ages for 4 months in steel tanks and briefly in the bottle before release.

Tasting

Straw yellow in color; delicate nose of acacia, lemon verbena, and aromatic herbs, with notes of almond and hazelnut; fresh and balanced on the palate, savory and mineral.
