Manual harvest of the grapes in boxes starting from the first week of October. Vinification and maturation in French oak tonneaux in contact with the fine lees for approximately 15 months and 12 months of refinement in the bottle.

Golden yellow color. On the nose delicate hints of white flowers and yellow pulp peach. The sip is round and enveloping, with flavor and finesse.

Starters, slightly mature cheeses, to try with chicken with almonds.
