100% Chardonnay
Manual harvest. Blend of 25 to 30 crus, of which 20-30% reserve wine from harvests of different vintages. Alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation carried out. 2/3 years in bottle before degorgement.
Pale yellow color, with jade green nuances and very fine perlage. Fine nose of ripe lemons, pears and peaches, white flowers and spicy notes of ginger. Enveloping sip, between ripe citrus fruits and exotic fruit, with a mineral note in the background.
Fish or seafood.
