Description

The base wine undergoes its first fermentation in large wooden barrels (larch-oak) and stainless steel; second fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, and stays on the lees for at least 18 months.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour with greenish highlights, fine and persistent bubbles; delicate, intense, floral and fruity nose; good persistence and balance on the palate.

Pairings

Aperitif, PDO lard, vegetable flan with fondue.
