Description

Manual harvest, white vinification at controlled temperature; the wine matures partly in steel and partly in barriques, until the moment of draft; in the bottle on the yeasts for 36 months according to the Classic Method.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage; fine and elegant nose, of tropical fruit, bread crust, toasted pine nuts and almond, with mineral notes; fresh and savory sip, with good balance and persistence.

Aperitif, appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, lightly matured cheeses.
