Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Maceration and slow fermentation at controlled temperature; maturation for 12 months on the fine lees in oak barrels, refinement for at least 8 months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red color with pomegranate nuances; intense and complex nose with notes of blackberry, black cherry and raspberries. Soft and round sip with full and harmonious body; fruity and juicy aftertaste.
Game, lamb, white and red meat stews, mature cheeses.
