Each grape is processed separately, following their respective ripening times. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in cement vats with indigenous yeasts. Maturation for 12 months in steel vats and 3 months in the bottle before release.

Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. A well-balanced wine, made by hand, with hints of spices and red fruits.

First and second courses based on red meat and game, mature cheeses and cured meats.
