Bollini, Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC

The grapes are hand-harvested and transported in small 18 kg containers before being gently pressed and clarified by natural sedimentation. After racking, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14°C.

Straw yellow in color, clean and delicate on the nose, with hints of acacia blossom, minerals, and pear. The fresh natural acidity supports the wine.
