The must obtained from direct pressing of the grapes is decanted, after which only the clear part ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a short resting period in stainless steel and in the bottle, it is immediately put on the market, highlighting the freshness of its aromas and drinkability.

Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights; fine nose with floral notes of broom, jasmine and lily of the valley; lively, savoury, harmonious and long-persistent on the palate.
