Barbera, Marzemino, Schiava and Sangiovese; traditional red vinification in contact with the skins, maturation in steel; it is bottled almost two years after the harvest and remains in glass for a few more months before being released on the market.
Ruby red color with garnet reflections; intense and vinous nose, dry and harmonious sip, good body and tannin.
Stewed or grilled red meats, game, mature cheeses.
