Description

Steep and stony terrain, made up of porphyry and tuff rocks of volcanic origin. Crushing and destemming of the grapes with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping over of the must; the maceration lasts a total of 25 days. Aging takes place for 2 years in oak barrels and for several months in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red color tending towards garnet; the nose is intense, ethereal with pleasant aromas of violet and macerated rose; the sip is dry, persistent, austere but velvety, with delicate spicy hints.
