Description

Manual harvesting and sorting of the grapes; pressing and fermentation in large oak barrels at a controlled temperature; the wine ages for a year, two-thirds in 900-liter oak barrels and one-third in concrete vats.

Tasting

Deep purple-red color; intense nose of red fruits, blueberries and blackberries, with notes of spice, black tea and chocolate; juicy and enveloping on the palate, medium-bodied and long-lasting.

Pairings

Meat-based first courses, stewed meats, medium-aged cheeses.
