80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
Harvest by hand with selection in the vineyard; traditional white vinification and maturation of the base wine in steel on the fine lees for 4 months; bottle ageing on the lees for 48 months.
Straw yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage, intense nose of ripe apple and dried fruit; harmonious and well-complexed on the palate.
