The selected grapes come from the various Ay winery Crus; the musts ferment in steel, where they also carry out malolactic fermentation. A maturation of 36 months on the yeasts in the bottle completes the production process.
Bright golden yellow color with fine perlage. Floral and mineral scent, with notes of yellow and red fruit. Fresh, clean and delicate taste.
