Description

Single vintage Champagne, which reflects the usual proportion of winery Champagnes: 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay; a proportion which reflects that of the entire winery production in the 17 hectares of vineyards.

Tasting

Its maturity due to many years of aging on the yeasts is accompanied by a surprising freshness. Notes of chalk combine with memories of dry pastries to end with fruity hints. The sip has a fine bubble and is characterized by a very present acidity, but never too invasive, with a finish with very intriguing lime notes.

Grilled fish or white meats, foie gras.
