Description

Grapes harvested by hand, soft crushing and slow fermentation at controlled temperature; maturation in stainless steel on fine lees; the wine re-ferments in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage; fresh and fragrant nose of citrus fruits, flowers and apples, with slight notes of pastries; ample and refreshing on the palate, with good flavour and persistence.

Aperitifs, appetisers, seafood first courses, baked fish, fresh cheeses.
