Description

The 15-year-old vineyards are located around Bouzy, with well-drained soils rich in clay and limestone. The fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, while the aging on the yeasts lasts at least 50 months before disgorgement.

Expressive, rich, beautiful balance between ripe fruit and the freshness of citrus fruits; notes of pear and plum meet lemon zest.
