Brut Rosé “Artio” Millesimato Franciacorta DOCG 2020

From selections of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It owes its delicate and constant color to the “submerged cap” maturation of the skins. Fermentation with Native yeasts in steel at a controlled temperature. In spring the passage to the bottle is carried out for the second fermentation, which lasts at least 36 months.

Coral pink color, slightly salmon. Nose of small wild fruits, with spicy notes of bark and moss, and citrus hints. Balanced and dry sip, with a good balance of acidity and flavor; in the finish the small berries and a hint of liquorice return.
