On moraine soil, a vineyard was planted with guyot training in 2005. The grapes are harvested by hand with early harvest. Soft pressing without destemming in a lung press, with the pink must coming out. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel, re-fermentation in autoclave using the Martinotti method. Maturation and ageing in stainless steel barrels.
Fruity notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, lime and pomegranate. Fresh and savoury, intense and balanced on the palate.
Cold meats, white meat and fish starters, end of meal.
