Description

The manual harvest of the grapes is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C, with selected yeasts. The base matures in steel tanks throughout the winter, until the second fermentation the following spring.

Tasting

Pale pink in color and with a fine and persistent taste. The flavor is fruity, savory with characteristic salinity.

To be paired with cured meats, light first courses, white meats, excellent as an aperitif
