Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; very slow and soft pressing of whole bunches; fermentation and aging in small Allier oak barrels; in the months of March/April the wine is bottled for second fermentation according to the Classic Method.

Tasting

Yellow color with golden reflections, very fine and persistent perlage; intense and complex nose of peach blossoms, honey and hazelnuts; fresh and inviting sip, soft and subtle.

Aperitif, appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs.
