Description

Grapes harvested meticulously by hand at the end of August, direct pressing; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, interrupted by lowering the temperature; once bottled the wine completes its fermentation giving rise to the foam; disgorgement towards April/May to eliminate the sediment, without dosage.

Fresh, fruity and floral nose; explosive and dynamic sip, fine and refreshing.
