Grapes harvested by hand from a plot of marl and sandstone on a rocky base; vinification in steel, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in contact with the skins; maturation for one year in 15hl Slavonian oak barrels.

Mineral nose with notes of violet, rose, berries and spices; elegant and savory sip, with soft tannins and good persistence.

Grilled red meats, medium-aged cheeses.
