Grapes harvested by hand from a single plot; whole bunch vinification, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins in steel; maturation for two years in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Nose of dried red flowers and ripe berries, with mineral and vegetal notes, and spicy hints; warm and powerful sip, elegant, savory, with soft tannins and great persistence.

First courses with game sauces, braised meats, stews, mature cheeses.
