100% Cabernet Franc
Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; crushing-destemming, maceration for 10 days with maximum temperature control at 28°C; maturation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 1 year.
On the nose it presents the characteristic herbaceous note, but elegantly combined with notes of ripe fruit and spices. The taste is full-bodied and enveloping, but at the same time lively and easy-going.
Game, roasts, grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
