Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; destemming and fermentation for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 26/27°C, racking at the end of fermentation. Cold stabilisation at a temperature of 4/5°C for 5 days; the wine matures for 12 months in steel barrels.

Tasting

Ruby red colour tending towards violet; intense, complex nose of liquorice, musk, freshly cut grass and berries; fresh, full-bodied and velvety on the palate.
