Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation at controlled temperature, maceration for 2 weeks with regular pumping over, malolactic fermentation carried out; maturation for 18 months in large oak barrels, refinement in bottle.

Full and persistent flavour, velvety, with sweet tannins; slightly herbaceous, with hints of redcurrant.
