Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested in the third ten days of September and vinified in steel tanks, with maceration for 8/9 days at a temperature of 24/26°C. Maturation in steel tanks for approximately 14 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Vinous aroma with notes of raspberry and ripe blackberry. Harmonious and balanced palate, slightly tannic, with good structure and persistence.

Pairings

Roast red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
