Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested in the third decade of September and vinified in steel tanks, with maceration for 8/9 days at a temperature of 24/26°C. Maturation in steel tanks for about 14 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour with violet hues. Vinous bouquet with notes of raspberry and ripe blackberry. Harmonious and balanced palate, slightly tannic, with good structure and persistence.

Pairings

Roast red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
