The grapes are harvested by hand late, between 18 and 30 November, and vinified in white in steel with temperature control; the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for 12 months in contact with the fine lees and with frequent batonnage.
Straw yellow color tending towards golden; intense nose of ripe exotic fruit, rich sip, with an important structure, supported by balanced freshness and flavor and long persistence.
Tasty seafood first courses, grilled fish and shellfish, paella, spicy vegetarian dishes, white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
