Description

Manual harvest of the grapes in the last week of October; soft pressing and cold static decantation; fermentation in steel at low temperature.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; intense and well-balanced nose with hints of citrus, pineapple and white peach. Sip of good acidity and flavor, with flavors reminiscent of ripe, even tropical fruit.
