Campania Rosato IGP 2021

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of October; the harvested grapes undergo an immediate soft crushing, the must is separated from the skins (draining) and then the process continues in exactly the same way as for white wines; the wine rests in steel barrels for 4/5 months and is refined in bottles for 2 months.

Bright pink in colour, fruity and floral nose of cherry, raspberry and violet; fresh and generous on the palate, with good persistence.
