BottlesSoft pressing (pressure: 1 bar). Fermentation of the must at a temperature of 16°C for 3 weeks. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 5 months with frequent batonnage and in the bottle for approximately 1 month.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Nose Initially fruity, which evolves over time into more complex aromas typical of the vine. Tense, fresh sip, with excellent persistence on the palate. It shows all its character.
Seafood, shellfish, first courses, tasty vegetarian dishes.
