Description

Selection of the best bunches. A double harvest is carried out to obtain a concentration of acidity which will constitute the backbone necessary for aging. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 5 months with frequent batonnage and in the bottle for at least 18 months.

Tasting

Intense yellow color. Extremely complex nose, from chamomile to saffron, to dehydrated apricot, with classic hydrocarbon notes. The sip maintains its notes of freshness well, but envelops with its fullness and structure.

Pairings

Excellent on its own, risottos, mature cheeses.
