Description

Manual harvest in boxes in the second ten days of September; delicate destemming and immediate fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel containers to preserve the varietal notes of the grapes. Frequent delestage, racking and vacuum pressing of the fermented grapes. The wine matures and decants for 18 months in steel containers without prior filtration, then follows the second maturation for 12 months in second passage Allier oak.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; nose rich in sweet spicy notes and small black fruits; dry, fresh sip with a lively tannic texture that accompanies the savory sip finish with fruity and spicy returns.
