Destemming and crushing, followed by submerged-cap maceration with temperature-controlled fermentation for approximately 15 days. Aged on the lees in stainless steel until bottling.

Purple-red color with violet reflections; nose of berries, with spicy notes of pepper; rich and harmonious on the palate, with soft and balanced tannins, aromatic aftertaste and good persistence.

First courses with meat sauces, grilled white meats, roasts, cured meats and cheeses.
