Manual harvest at the end of October; white vinification in steel at a controlled temperature, maturation in stainless steel tanks for 12 months with frequent batonnage.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections; intense nose of exotic fruit with notes of white flowers; sip with important structure and great freshness, flavor, minerality and persistence.
Seafood second courses, crustaceans, molluscs, grilled white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
