Capri bianco DOC 2018

The only DOC wine produced and bottled in Capri. It expresses all the minerality of the island’s limestone rock and the flavor of the sea that surrounds it, as well as the beautiful acidity aroused by the winds that cross it. After the hand harvest and careful selection, the grapes are delicately processed in the press (soft pressing), the free-run must obtained is left to ferment at a temperature of 16° and then refined in steel for the following 5 months. The wine is then bottled and marketed not before a further period of 1 year of refinement in the bottle.

Straw yellow colour. Clean and delicate nose, of citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and white flowers. The sip is precise, in perfect continuity with the aromas, fresh, mineral, with a nice flavor at the end.

Excellent as an aperitif, or combined with light appetizers or seafood dishes.
